BAKE’D Sydney Is Coming to Melbourne!

We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of BAKE’D first Melbourne location in Broadmeadows!

Known for our World's best Pancakes, All day breakfast, brunch, specialty coffee and delicious desserts, BAKE’D is expanding into Victoria, and we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cooks / Kitchen Hands to join our opening team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-recent café from day one and grow with us as we expand across Melbourne.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and hands-on team members to assist with food preparation, cooking and daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch and café menu items.
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen setup.
- Follow established recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Assist with cleaning, dishwashing and general kitchen duties.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.




- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods.
- Assist with kitchen preparation and setup ahead of the store opening.

About You

- Previous experience in a café or restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Breakfast and brunch cooking experience highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Pay: $26.44 – $41.96 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
