Sauce Bistro | Ashgrove
Sauce Bistro is a neighbourhood European style bistro in Ashgrove known for great food and warm service. We’re looking for a experienced Chef to jump into our kitchen and support service across TUESDAY to SATURDAY dinner service.
The Role
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Pasta and Grill, Pizza
- Maintain high food quality and consistency
- Follow food safety & hygiene standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and effective
About You
- Previous experience as a chef at least 2 years
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service
- Can handle section without directions during busy service period
- Reliable, punctual for shifts
- Good understanding of food safety practices
- Flexible availability on Friday & Saturday (Sunday, Monday Off )
- Positive attitude

- Flexible rostering to suit your life style - start from 20 hours maximum 30 hours
- No early start, No late night. Shifts start mid afternoon and finishes by 10pm.
