Tehila Health Services is growing, and we are looking for dedicated casual Personal Care Workers to deliver in-home and community support to older Australians and people living with disability in Mansfield (VIC 3722) and the surrounding district.

About the Role

As a casual Personal Care Worker, you will visit clients in their own homes and communities, helping them stay safe, independent and connected. Most visits are short (typically 1–3 hours), giving you a varied, flexible roster and the opportunity to build lasting, trusted relationships with the people you support.

What You Will Do

· Provide respectful personal care, including showering, bathing, toileting, grooming and dressing

· Assist with medication prompting and administration in line with care plans and our policies

· Support safe mobility and transfers using correct manual handling techniques and equipment

· Help with domestic tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, bed‑making and meal preparation

· Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social or recreational activities





· Observe and report changes in clients' health, wellbeing or circumstances

· Complete accurate, timely progress notes and incident reports

About You

· A genuine passion for person-centred care and respect for each client's choices, culture and dignity

· Reliable, punctual and adaptable to roster changes, sometimes at short notice

· Able to travel between clients in Mansfield and the surrounding district

· A clear communicator with strong written skills, comfortable working independently and as part of a team

· Experience in aged care (including home care) and/or the NDIS is highly regarded

Essential Requirements

· Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or equivalent

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

· Current National Police Check

· Current Working With Children Check (Employee)

· Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)

· Current Manual Handling training (HLTWHS005)

· Current Australian driver's licence, a reliable, registered vehicle and comprehensive insurance

· A smartphone capable of running our rostering and client documentation app

· Up-to-date vaccination record in line with current health requirements

· Full Australian working rights
