Our client, Pilbara Juice and Smoothy Pty Ltd trading as Boost Juice, is an Australian-based juice and smoothie bar in Karratha, Western Australia. The company specialises in freshly blended fruit smoothies, juices, and other refreshing beverages, promoting a fun, energetic and health-conscious lifestyle. With a strong focus on quality products, customer experience and innovative marketing, Boost Juice has expanded internationally through company-operated stores and franchising, becoming a well-recognised brand in the food and beverage industry.

The business is seeking a motivated, reliable and experienced Retail Supervisor to join their team at Karratha, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, supervising and supporting staff, maintaining high customer service standards, managing stock and ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, food safety and company policies.

The annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation.

The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

- Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure efficient business performance.
- Ensuring merchandise and juice products are displayed attractively and maintained in an organised manner.
- Delivering excellent customer service by ensuring customers receive prompt assistance and quality products.
- Handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints and addressing customer concerns professionally.
- Planning and preparing staff rosters, allocating duties and monitoring employee performance.
- Supervising, training, coaching and supporting team members to achieve operational and customer service objectives.
- Providing guidance to staff on sales procedures, customer service techniques and the handling of complex customer situations.
- Inspecting returned goods and determining appropriate action in accordance with company policies.
- Monitoring inventory levels,



arranging timely stock orders and investigating and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Ensuring workplace health and safety, food hygiene, security and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- Keeping staff informed of company policies, procedures, product standards and operational requirements.
- Coordinating the distribution and replenishment of juice products and supplies, where required, to ensure timely delivery and appropriate stock availability.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring that products and business operations comply with applicable food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate operational records and assisting with stock control, reporting and other administrative duties.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales, productivity, customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants should demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service or a similar operational environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or management position.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in a quick-paced retail environment, will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in stock control, inventory management, ordering and maintaining product quality.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety, food hygiene and relevant operational procedures.
- The ability to resolve customer complaints, manage challenging situations and make sound operational decisions.
- The ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Management, Retail Management or a related field is desirable.
- Relevant supervisory or management experience will be highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
