The Graduate Program

Ready to kick-start your career in media?

Our Graduate Program is designed to give ambitious graduates a fast-tracked introduction to the exciting world of advertising and media. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry leaders, and build a strong foundation for a successful career at Val Morgan Group.

Over an 8-month rotational program commencing in February 2027, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the media landscape by having exposure to two key areas of the business:

- Val Morgan Cinema Sales
- VMO Sales

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a client campaign, the next coordinating exciting events for our clients. Along the way, you'll build valuable practical skills while working alongside talented people who are passionate about what they do.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for curious, driven and motivated graduates, or final-year university students, who are eager to learn and ready to launch their careers in media.
