Medibank Private Limited is seeking an Overseas Customer Service and Sales Consultant to join our Overseas team. This full time role (37.5 hours/week) is based at Macquarie University, NSW, with occasional work from home or at Medibank stores.

You will provide premium service, support overseas students with health insurance, handle inquiries via voice, email, and messaging, and identify opportunities to improve the member experience while pursuing sales targets.
