We work closely with major mining clients in the Bowen Basin, offering stable, long-term roles that align operators with roles best suited to their skill sets.

Position Overview:

This role offers long term work for experienced production operators.
Located in Middlemount, Qld.
BIBO available from Mackay, Rockhampton & Bundaberg.
A great camp (Civeo) and facilities that is only a 15 minute drive to site.
Competitive hourly rate including a monthly target bonus of up to $1100p/month. Bonus is a KPI based incentive with a successful record reaching KPI's.

Location: Middlemount, QLD (Bowen Basin)

Roster: 7/7 rotating day and night shifts

Work day: 12.5 hour

$$ + monthly production bonus (KPI-based)

Site Access: BIBO available from Bundaberg, Rockhampton, and Mackay

Duration: Long-term opportunities

Required Equipment Experience: (This is not a new to industry role)





Rigid Haul Trucks (CAT 789 or higher)

Additional machinery highly regarded:

CAT 793, 794 & 797

Water Truck

Grader

Excavators (500–600T)

Requirements:

Experience in the safe operation of Rigid Haul Trucks in a mining environment- ability to provide site sign off evidence.

Current Statement of Attainment S11

Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical and Pre-Employment Fitness Assessment

Provide clear drug and alcohol screening

Valid machinery site sign off records (signed by a SSE or delegate, within last 5 years)

Strong commitment to safety and team work

Queensland resident advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and effective operation of mining equipment

Routine inspections and basic maintenance

Reporting hazards and operational concerns

Meeting production targets in a collaborative workplace

Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures

Availability to work a continual 7/7 roster
