The ideal candidate is someone who possesses exceptional communication skills and is determined to be successful in their career. You will have professional experience working within a dealership environment. This role involves face to face customer contact and requires the successful applicant to provide exceptional customer service.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Parts Advising carries out a range of duties related to selling Toyota Spare Parts, this includes:

- Identifying parts and components




- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
- Customer advice
- Receiving and filling orders for parts
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
- Preparing quotes for all workshop vehicles in a timely manner
