Client Services Manager/ Associate - $90,000 + super
Work hand in hand with some of Melbourne best financial planners, with excellent reputations. Predominantly wholesale clients and charitable funds.
This national Financial Planning firm, with a Head office in Melbourne CBD, is seeking an experience Client Services Manager/ Associate to join them. The business has approx. 80% wholesale clients, including HNW individuals, and lots of charitable funds.
Working across all levels, this role is to provide effective, proactive and consistent support to Advisers, adding to team productivity.
Responsibilities include:
Assist Advisers with client related tasks including ongoing client management, account opening paperwork and all other administrative tasks or projects required
Assist with the maintenance of client records and preparation of required client advice and file notes
Recording of file notes and being responsible for any action items from meetings
Answer incoming phone calls and managing client queries and needs.
Liaise with any external relationships (clients, accountants, lawyers etc) as required which will include the booking of client and other meetings and proactive diary management of the Adviser
Operational support:
Maintenance and updating of regulatory documents including Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices.
Manage funds transfers, investment applications and redemptions using various platforms including Netwealth, IRESS and maintain the required training records in Kaplan
Improvements and efficiencies:
Developing and maintaining any internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and to improve client management
Maintain and update own workflows and list of recurring tasks with guidance from the Adviser and proactively seek/undertake current work/tasks for the benefit of the team
Contribute to the achievement of revenue, funds under management and other goals relevant to the success of the company and the direct client relationships that you will assist with
