AECOM in Australia seeks an experienced Technical Director, Pavements to lead pavement engineering across major infrastructure projects from Sydney to Melbourne. You will shape technical direction, guide design, and mentor teams, leveraging 20+ years' pavement experience.

You will work with multidisciplinary groups, manage risks and budgets, and strengthen client relationships while growing the pavements capability across Australia and Current Zealand.
