Waves of Ability PTY LTD is seeking reliable support workers for day programs that operate seven days a week. You will provide 1:1 and 2:1 support, help participants achieve goals, and contribute to versatile rosters across the week.

We focus on consistency, training, and authentic connection. You’ll join a friendly team, receive real notice for shifts, and work with participants who are building confidence around water and daily activities.
