About the Role

As our Leasing Consultant, your primary focus will be supporting the leasing and property management team by helping prepare properties for rent, conducting open for inspections, completing condition reports and capturing advertising photos and virtual tours.

You will play an important role in ensuring our properties are presented professionally, prospective renters receive excellent service, and the leasing process runs smoothly.

This position is designed as a stepping stone into a career in real estate , with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills and progress into an Assistant Property Manager role as you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting open for inspections and private inspections for rental properties.
- Completing ingoing and outgoing condition reports, including detailed photographs.
- Taking professional advertising photos and creating virtual tours of rental properties.
- Assisting with preparing properties for advertising and ensuring listings are presented to a high standard.
- Liaising with prospective renters and answering enquiries professionally.
- Assisting with applications, lease signings, key handovers and renter onboarding.




- Supporting the property management team with general administrative and leasing duties.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Leap Real Estate professionally at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in building a career in real estate.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Availability to work Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when completing condition reports and property photography.

A professional and friendly manner when dealing with renters and rental providers.

The ability to manage your time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to getting things done.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

A current Agent's Representative Certificate is essential for this position. Previous real estate experience is not required, as training and support will be provided to the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn and build a career in real estate.
