ElevenLabs is recruiting a Technical Customer Support Specialist focused on Mandarin for remote enterprise support. You’ll diagnose complex issues with our API and ElevenAgents platform, and help customers maximize value in English and Mandarin.

You’ll join an international startup team, own end-to-end support, and contribute to product improvements through transparent documentation and proactive customer engagement. Fluency in Mandarin and strong English are required.
