We’re currently looking for a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our Heatherbrae workshop on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out a variety of mechanical repairs, servicing and maintenance on passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing routine vehicle servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults.
- Carrying out brake, suspension, steering and other general mechanical repairs.
- Identifying vehicle faults and recommending appropriate repairs.
- Completing vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate job records.
- Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop safety.




- Communicating effectively with the workshop team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a recognised qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
- Has experience in general automotive servicing, diagnostics and repairs.
- Holds a current driver’s licence.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.
- Has a reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is committed to providing quality service to customers.
