About Us

- Document current-state processes across sales, estimation, project delivery and account management, and note pain points.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate work using AI tools, workflow automation, and better ways of working.
- Support pilots of AI use cases such as proposal and estimate drafting, requirement summarisation, QA support, documentation and client reporting.
- Write and refine prompts, test AI outputs for accuracy and quality, and record what works and what does not.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and turn them into easy process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Help prioritise use cases by business value, effort, risk and impact on clients and the team.
- Build simple reports and dashboards to track adoption, time saved and outcomes.
- Collect user feedback, support team training, and help adopt new tools and workflows.
- Follow responsible AI practices: protect client data and confidentiality, and flag privacy, security,
and accuracy risks early.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, solution architects, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

- Degree (or final-year student) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data,



Commerce, or a related field.
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot), whether through study, projects, or personal use.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with international clients and
teammates.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, and basic comfort with data and reporting.
- A structured, curious approach and willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of prompt design and how to evaluate AI outputs.
