You will assess claims, provide expert guidance to patients and providers, and maintain confidential records in the Salesforce PATS Portal.

The role offers adaptable arrangements, a 0.8 FTE (30 hours/week) schedule with salary between ASO3 $74,095 and $78,698 per annum, plus super and benefits.
