About The Role

Supagas is welcoming applications for full time Customer Service Officer's to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for recent and existing LPG & Bulk Commercial & Domestic customers, providing professional and friendly support. Specifically, you’ll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and administration.

Skills and Experiences:

Experience Required:

- Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment,



managing high call volumes.
- Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- This office-based role requires you to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms, simultaneously.
- A self-starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
- Resilience and effective time management.
