T2 Tea is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail team in NSW. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, rostering, merchandising, deliveries and stock, while embedding the T2 Values and driving exceptional customer service.

You will inspire, coach and develop your team, achieve budgeted sales and wage targets, and ensure compliance with company policies. Sundays and Mondays off provide a unique work pattern within a dynamic, fragrance-filled retail setting.
