EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, and government contracts, providing day-to-day legal support to the Firm’s directors.

You will handle RFP responses, manage the Smartsheet intake process, and work to improve contract templates, playbooks and process documentation.
