Responsibilities:
- Process and review client invoices for accuracy.
- Assist clients with billing-related inquiries and concerns.
- Update the company database with client payment information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective billing processes.
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports.
- Oversee the collection and recording of payments from clients.
- Assist in month-end close procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in billing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
