Coutts is a respected name in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, operating across Sydney and forming part of the Beaumont Property Group. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Penrith team as a Sales and Leasing Associate.

This is a hands-on role supporting a high-performing commercial sales and leasing team. The position provides broad exposure to commercial real estate operations and offers a genuine long-term career pathway into commercial sales and leasing. It would also suit a residential real estate professional looking to transition into commercial property with structured support and mentoring.

Working closely with experienced agents and the wider support team, this role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and looking to build a sustainable career in the commercial property sector while maintaining strong work-life balance.

What will your day look like?

- Prepare key documentation including agency agreements, sales advice, lease agreements, and related contracts
- Assist with property listings and coordinate marketing campaigns with the internal marketing team
- Coordinate and attend property inspections with prospective tenants and buyers
- Liaise with developers and assist with project handovers and project-related documentation




- Work with conjunction agents across commercial listings
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and leasing team
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required to support transactions and team priorities

We are seeking someone who brings:

- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- An energetic, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Qualified written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or willingness to obtain
- A valid driver's licence
- Background in residential real estate is welcomed, particularly for those looking to move into commercial
- Bilingual skills are valued, however strong English proficiency is essential
- Professional personal presentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
