We're searching for an additional Account Manager to support our QLD team.

We're Lauxes Products, an award-winning drainage designer and manufacturer, growing fast across Australia and beyond. We don't do boring, and we don't hire boring people either.

This is your territory

Logan, Brisbane Metro and occasionalintrastate travel to FNQ and the Darling Downs are yours to build and make your own, covered over a 12-week visiting cycle. You'll be the face of Lauxes for our distributor network: building real relationships, driving product knowledge and keeping us front of mind. No cold calls, no hard sell, just proactive energy and genuine connection that gets results. Distributors will trust you because you know your stuff and do what you say you'll do. Your 12-week cycle is yours to manage. We'll ask how you plan to run it rather than directing you where to be.

The Role

Own the training and support relationship with distributor partners across your territory, keeping Lauxes top of mind in every store. Drive B2B confidence, strengthen relationships and make the Lauxes experience unmissable everywhere you go.

What You'll Do

Work a 12-week visiting cycle: plan your routes so every distributor gets regular, quality face time

Engage distributors: in-store visits, product training and relationship building

Build trust over time: follow through on commitments, give straight answers and be honest about what you know and what you'll find out

Plan your week: Fridays for planning, Monday to Thursday for field visits

Keep the CRM sharp: accurate, up-to-date records on every visit and follow-up

Stay proactive: success here starts with energy and engagement

Connect with the team: weekly and monthly Teams meetings with the national crew
