Richmind WA is seeking a Psychosocial Recovery Coach / Support Coordinator to work with NDIS participants facing psychosocial disability. You will provide recovery-focused coaching and coordinate supports to enable independence and wellbeing.

The role requires experience in Support Coordination or psychosocial recovery coaching, knowledge of NDIS funding, and a commitment to person-centred, strengths-based services. Fixed-term, full time, based at the Cannington office.
