Expressions of Interest | Donor Support & Fundraising Officers | Not For Profit
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships over the phone? Do you have experience in fundraising, customer service or outbound calling and want to put your skills towards a meaningful cause?
Talent Connect Australia is looking to connect with enthusiastic and personable candidates interested in donor support and fundraising opportunities within the NFP space.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Making outbound calls to existing donors and supporters regarding fundraising campaigns, appeals and initiatives
- Building rapport with supporters and encouraging ongoing engagement and donations
- Providing information about campaigns and the impact of donor contributions
- Responding to donor enquiries via phone and email
- Updating donor records and maintaining accurate information within CRM systems
- Processing donations and assisting with fundraising administration
- Following up with supporters and assisting with donor retention activities
- Working towards campaign targets while delivering a positive supporter experience
About You:
- Experience in outbound calling, fundraising, telemarketing, donor support or customer service
- Confidence making proactive calls and engaging people in meaningful conversations
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A friendly, resilient and professional telephone manner
- Experience working towards targets or campaign objectives
- Good administration skills and confidence using CRM systems
- A genuine interest in the NFP sector and supporting meaningful causes
- Previous fundraising experience is highly regarded but not essential.
