Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to lead a 20+ person team, ensuring outstanding service and safe operations. You will coordinate with fellow managers and report to the Operations/Complex Manager while driving Best Experience, stock management, and robust KPI performance.

You will train and develop staff, oversee rostering, and ensure the department showcases the widest range and best prices while maintaining high standards of customer care and safety.
