As a Membership Consultant at Yaralla Fitness Centre, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our business, providing exceptional customer service and essential administrative support. As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes them through our doors and helps create a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

Support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Create a welcoming and positive member experience.

Complete general administration and membership duties.

Promote club services, events and programs.

Follow workplace policies and safety procedures.

Work collaboratively to support team success.

About you

Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised, proactive and able to multitask.

Available to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays (essential).

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).





Current Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
