Service Coordinator – Fire Protection Northern Beaches, Sydney

Up to $95k + Super

We're partnering with an established and growing fire protection contractor looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This is a key position within the service department, where you'll have ownership of maintenance scheduling, technician coordination and the day-to-day flow of service works across a varied commercial portfolio. You'll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team that values people who take initiative, stay organised and get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in keeping the service department organised and maintenance works on track, including:

- Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive fire maintenance works
- Scheduling technicians and subcontractors across multiple commercial sites
- Managing work orders, scheduling and job close-outs through Uptick
- Coordinating routine testing and ongoing maintenance schedules
- Liaising with clients, technicians and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly
- Managing service reports, compliance documentation and client portals




- Supporting purchase orders, invoicing and general service administration

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already understands the pace of a fire service environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. You'll need:

- Previous experience in the fire protection industry – essential
- Hands-on Uptick experience – essential
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling or service administration
- A good understanding of fire maintenance and routine testing workflows
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
