Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is hiring a Dementia Support Coach to work from our Malvern office in a Hybrid role. You will support staff and carers, deliver evidence-based dementia coaching, and help implement personalised care plans under HACDSP.

The role requires solid organisational and customer-service skills, a current driver’s licence, and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate. It is a fixed-term contract through June 2028 with opportunities for training and development.
