Synapse ITS is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver world-class hardware support for Synapse ITS products. You will troubleshoot, guide customers, and manage issues using ticketing, CRM, and ERP systems while processing warranty RMAs to ensure satisfaction.

You will support lifecycle stages from development to post-sales, training distributors and staff, and occasionally provide in office assistance at customer locations or Synapse ITS facilities, with emphasis on traffic calming
