Indigenous Wellbeing Centre (IWC) in Bundaberg and the Wide Bay Burnett region is seeking a Credentialled Diabetes Educator. You will deliver culturally protected, evidence-based diabetes education and clinical support to individuals, families and community members within a multidisciplinary team.

You will empower clients to manage diabetes, improve health outcomes and reduce complications, while supporting care coordination and community health promotion with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
