Pearl Recruitment is looking for a Sales / Account Manager to join a well-known industrial, safety and workwear business based locally here in Perth in the southeast suburbs.

n This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people, getting out on the road and building relationships. You don't need years of sales experience - if you've got a good attitude, confidence and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

n You'll be joining a supportive team that works with some of WA's biggest mining, resources, government and industrial businesses.

What you'll be doing

n

- Visiting customers and making regular sales calls
n
- Building robust relationships with customers
n
- Understanding what customers need and finding the right solutions
n
- Managing key accounts across the region
n
- Working with the internal team to sort out customer or supply issues
n
- Keeping customer information and sales activity up to date
n
- Working to a structured 2-week customer call cycle
n
- Helping out in the branch when needed
n
- Getting out and about on the road - this isn't an office-only role!
n

What we're looking forn
n

n
- Customer service or sales background
n




- Account Management experience is a bonus, but not essential
n
- Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, industrial or government would be great
n
- Someone confident speaking with customers and building relationships
n
- Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude
n
- Someone who can work independently and manage their own time
n
- Full Australian working rights - no Working Holiday Visas
n
