NT Partners is seeking a Tier 3 technical support specialist to manage in office installations and ongoing support for EFTPOS and POS products across Sydney, with some interstate travel. The role is primarily office-based with field visits to merchants.

The candidate will configure hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and train customers and internal teams, while communicating complex technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
