You will manage L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end, delivering face-to-face service while keeping daily IT operations across hardware and cloud systems smooth.
The role requires 5 days on site in Sydney CBD, a 6-month initial contract, and Australian citizenship or permanent residency. Daily rate is 380 AUD, inclusive of superannuation.
