Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking an IT Support specialist to help run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other key business apps across 30+ stores. You’ll troubleshoot, document workflows, provide user support, and help scale our systems as we grow.

You’ll log and resolve tickets, monitor systems, and contribute to knowledge articles and ITIL-based processes. This role involves hands-on SQL reporting and cross-team collaboration.
