Tip Top Bakeries in Carrara is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead bakery operations, deliver protected, efficient production, and maintain product quality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach your team and work with planning, hygiene and quality to keep production running at its best.

This hands‑on leadership role covers rostering, performance management and continuous improvement, with a Sunday to Wednesday day shift, 7:00am–5:00pm.
