Job Summary

The true value in Aeris comes from two things: people and rocks. We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join the team based at Cracow Operations as a Leading Hand Serviceperson. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading mine air, water, ventilation, and pumping services while leading the team in a positive and effective manner.

Requirements

- Full Australia working rights.
- Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence.
- Relevant Underground Mining experience as Leading hand.
- Competent to operate ITC, Batch Plant, Water Cart and Agi as required.
- Work Safely at Heights competency.
- Possess a solid work ethic with a great attendance record.
- Comply with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of equipment.
