The Office of the Independent Assessor (OIA) is seeking a Data and Insights Officer to design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations to monitor complaint management performance and inform evidence-based decision making.

You will analyse data from Resolve and other sources, extract and model data, translate business requirements into reporting solutions, and collaborate across the organisation to support accountability and continuous improvement.
