As part of our continued growth in NSW, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead the next phase of our Brookvale store's development.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead an established store building on an existing customer base while expanding retail and commercial opportunities in the surrounding area.





You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the team, and driving sales growth across both retail customers and local business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of retail staff to deliver excellent service and achieve store performance targets.
- Drive store growth by strengthening relationships with existing customers while developing new retail and commercial opportunities in the local area.
- Oversee all day‑to‑day store operations including inventory control, stock management, merchandising, and compliance with company procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service and product expertise to ensure a positive experience for both retail and business customers.
- Recruit, train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high‑performing team environment.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and product displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage rostering, reporting, and store administration to ensure smooth store operations.

About You

- Experience in retail or store management
- Exposure to trade, industrial, or B2B customers (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
- Strong organisation and operational management skills
- Experience using POS and retail management systems
