ELMO Software is seeking a hands-on database expert in Australia to own our production databases across MySQL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL. You will tune slow queries, manage upgrades, and ensure security while supporting a up-to-date data stack.

You’ll build Snowflake pipelines, write durable Python/SQL, and leverage AI tooling to accelerate investigation and analytics. This role offers hybrid work and impact on HRIS platforms.
