Teachers Health Group in Wollongong, NSW, is seeking a customer service professional for our inbound Membership Services (Contact Centre). This permanent hybrid role starts with a 12-week training period, with shifts during training 8:30am–5:00pm, then seven-hour daily schedules.

You will handle member inquiries, provide product information, and help members make changes while meeting quality KPIs. Public transport access and generous perks are offered.
