IKEA is hiring a Pick-up Point Co-worker to support customer order collection at our Geelong facility. The role is permanent part time, with a 40 hours per fortnight schedule, and involves working a rotating roster including weekends and early mornings.

The position requires physical work in a warehouse, strong customer focus, and the ability to adapt to a new operating model. You’ll earn base hourly pay with penalties and enjoy staff discounts and benefits as part of our team.
