About the Company

Our client is a leading global fund administrator with a strong reputation across the private markets industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced senior skilled to join their team in a client-facing leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key private markets clients.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex client and operational matters.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and support strategic business initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members across the business.
- Contribute to new business and client onboarding activities.

Knowledge & Experience

- Extensive experience within fund administration, funds management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of private equity, private credit, real assets or alternative investments.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.
