Niño Early Learning Adventures Chadstone is seeking an Education & Practice Leader to drive high-quality pedagogy and curriculum across the centre. You will mentor educators, guide program development and ensure alignment with the EYLF, NQF and our Positive Education framework.

You will lead coaching conversations, support centre operations and collaborate with management to foster a safe, engaging setting that supports wellbeing and learning for children and families.
