We work alongside you at every step, at your own pace, and over time many participants take on more responsibility and build toward more independent employment. Before the event you set up tables, chairs and the drinks table, put up decorations and banners, prep the lolly cups, turn on and check the PCs, consoles or sim rigs being used, and set out cups, drinks and anything else on the booking.During the event you welcome guests and show them where things are, top up drinks and lolly cups, transparent away plates and rubbish as you go, and help the host keep the party on time, for example by letting people know when it's time for food or cake. You keep the space tidy and let the host know if something needs fixing. After the event you pack away decorations and return them to the right cupboard, clear away any food parents have brought in, empty bins, wipe tables and sweep the floor, then turn off equipment and reset the space for the next session. This role is delivered through our Supported Work Program.
