The HR Ally is seeking a Kafka Flink Engineer in Melbourne to design and implement high-throughput data integration pipelines using Java and Spring Boot. This role focuses on building robust streaming solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will build Kafka producers and consumers on Confluent Cloud, develop Flink SQL for streaming transformations, ensure schema integrity with Schema Registry, and enable API integrations via Kong Gateway for NGIP to target applications.
