Better Rehab is seeking a driven Occupational Therapist graduate to join a community-based role across Wollongong. You will perform assessments, design practical therapy plans and build lasting client relationships under a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The program provides structured induction, 1:1 supervision, 6 months of induction and 4 study leave days annually, with autonomy over a adaptable diary including home, clinic, and community settings.
