Cabrini Health in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) for Perioperative Services, Scrub/Scout and CSSD. This full time role offers leadership across a large, evolving perioperative service within Cabrini Malvern.

You will lead Scrub/Scout and CSSD, influence workforce planning and continuous improvement, and partner with the Nurse Director to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across multiple theatres.
