An award-winning and growing medical practice in Port Stephens is seeking an experienced GP to join its team on a permanent or locum basis. Locum opportunities are available in November 2026 and January-February 2027, with permanent full time and part-time positions also available. Position Highlights

- Remuneration: Negotiable, generally based on a percentage of payments received
- Practice Software: Best Practice
- Daily Consultations: 22-35 patients per GP
- Weekly Gross Billings: $8,000-$15,000, depending on experience and patient volume
- Support: Two RNs daily, plus on-site pathology, podiatry, dietitian and aesthetic services
- Additional Opportunities: Registrar supervision and RACF visits
- Weekend Sessions: Planned from January 2027

Requirements

- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
- Eligibility to practise independently in Australia
- Interest in registrar supervision is an advantage
- Visa sponsorship is generally not preferred
