Onside Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own revenue retention for a portfolio of SMB customers in Melbourne. You will monitor account health, drive recovery plans, and ensure training for customers’ teams through webinars and on-site visits.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Territory Managers, Onboarding and Support teams, and use data to steer proactive decisions. Four days a week in our Melbourne office with a solid growth trajectory.
