Xero is seeking a software engineer to join the AI Enablement team. You will own internal AI tools end-to-end—from early experimentation to production—writing runbooks, monitoring and rollback thinking that keeps systems reliable as engineers depend on them daily.

You’ll collaborate with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access tech, shape the technical direction of an internal skills marketplace and distribution platform, and work across Australia in a hybrid setup with a globally connected
